Building call flows and supporting the clients as I watch their businesses grow, knowing that I was able to help them streamline their processes is very rewarding to me.
Big challenge
I solve problems on a daily basis in the support queue with call flow issues and helping customers understand the features they have at their fingertips. I need to learn all the new features myself before I can help customers.
