Chief Financial Officer
CFO; the company ‘mom’ who makes things happen.
Why I like this job
It allows me to share my life’s experiences, both good and bad, with younger colleagues and watch them grow into the people – and business contributors – that my instinct tells me they have the capacity to become.
In the beginning I was the person who did everything that needed to be done within the company, or at least every job I was capable of doing. I’ve had to learn to delegate, and accept that as long as the result is right, the path to getting there may be different to how I would have done it.
What people say
