PBX-Change introduce Smart Attendant IVR, an intelligent call-recognition system, and connected it to Disparti Law’s database. Now, the only calls that come to their receptionist are ‘new’ callers. Existing clients are identified by their caller ID and directed automatically to the extension of the person assigned their case or the most appropriate person available, bypassing the receptionist.
System-generated call reports help the firm see what is working and what isn’t, and they also have insight into team members’ availability at any given time, allowing the company to route calls quickly more efficiently. Cloud-based, the system is location-independent.

The church was running on an antiquated DSL circuit to provide internet connectivity to the entire staff, along with all attendees for services. The frequent disconnects and slow speeds made it very difficult to keep up with changing times and new expectations. To further compound the issue, their phone system was based on the same DSL circuit and needed a thorough update to keep everyone working efficiently. Missed calls, poor internet and outdated infrastructure was making it very difficult for the church to serve its community.
We proposed providing a 100Mb ultra-low-latency circuit, coupled with enterprise-class access points to cover the entire building, including the sanctuary. Ultra-low-latency, along with symmetrical upload and download speeds provided the congregation with a really smooth experience. An updated phone system with Cisco and Polycom equipment provided cutting-edge features, allowing staff members to stay on top of every aspect of managing a thriving church. We were able to do all this without drilling a single hole in the historic landmark chapel.
With new equipment, software and connectivity, St Andrew’s staff can engage easily and successfully with their congregation, volunteers, students and the wider community. All attendees receive the benefit of seamless coverage that keeps them connected during worship at the church and through streaming when they can’t attend in person. The phone service upgrade allows staff to communicate effortlessly with each other and their community, all without having to maintain any of the equipment themselves.
