Call Data Visualization

  • Remote accessible from anywhere: Access your call analytics anywhere at anytime. As long as you have an internet connection, you can monitor your calls through any computer or mobile device. Essentially allowing you the freedom to be mobile.
    Call metrics: Receive all essential call information through an interactive and easy to use dashboard service.
  • Monitor performance: View call activity by DDI/extension/user.
  • Export and email: Exporting reports is easy. Select the option to export as a PDF or CSV and email them directly.

Reporting

  • Live call reporting: Monitor call queues, incoming calls, and reporting that includes percentage calls answered (PCA), abandoned calls, longest waiting time, and unreturned missed calls.
  • Unreturned missed calls: Calls are unreturned when a caller hasn’t called back or staff member has yet to return the call. These types of calls are discovered through a rapid response of abandoned or lost calls.
